KennethHome ships quilted table toppers from our fulfillment centers to customers around the world. Here is what you can expect after placing an order.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days. During peak seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Valentine's Day, processing may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Canada and Mexico: 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 8 to 16 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
- Other international destinations: 12 to 28 business days
Shipping methods: Standard economy shipping via local postal services or regional couriers. Depending on your location, your package may be handed off to USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, or a similar national carrier. Expedited shipping options are not currently available for all regions.
Shipping rate: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of destination.
Free shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $59 or more to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless specifically stated.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather events, and carrier volume can cause delays. KennethHome is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be charged for reshipping.
