Return Policy

At KennethHome, we want you to love how your quilted table topper looks on your table. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is straightforward and fair.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of food stains, candle wax, pet hair, or odors, and returned with original tags and packaging. Quilted table toppers are considered decorative textile products, so we cannot accept returns for items that have been used on a dining table, laundered, or altered.

Eligible reasons for return include:

• Incorrect size shipped
• Wrong pattern or color
• Manufacturing defects such as uneven stitching, loose threads, or torn fabric
• Item significantly differs from the product listing

Items not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance toppers
• Custom-sized or personalized toppers
• Gift cards
• Items returned after 30 days

How to initiate a return:

1. Email customer@kennethhome.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for return in the subject line.
3. Attach clear photos of the item showing the condition and any defects.
4. Our team will reply with the return address and instructions.
5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the receipt.
6. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are processed for the same value if the desired item is in stock; otherwise, we issue store credit or refund.

Return shipping costs are covered by KennethHome if the item is defective or incorrect. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Lost or stolen return packages are the responsibility of the customer if they did not use a trackable method.
